To be responsible for the effective management of an established community café which offers work experience opportunities to young people with learning disabilities. The role will entail all aspects of café and kitchen management in order to maintain already established high standards and quality and to further develop the café to realise its full potential. The role will be primarily a management role, but we are seeking someone with experience as a chef/cook and who can be hands-on when appropriate.

We are looking for future caterers for our Green Power teams. The team goes out every week on a Thursday to different green projects/sites across Nottingham to do some environmental volunteering.
We are inviting quotes from caterers who could provide the following:
A light healthy lunch for 10-15 people (must include gluten free) on a weekly basis
- To be delivered to a different site each week on a Thursday (this may extend to Thursdays and Tuesdays in the future) for 1.00pm.
